Situated directly on the shores of Trois Lacs at the end of a quiet private road, it offers privileged access to the water and a peaceful environment for relaxation.

From the morning, admire the sunrise illuminating the lake, then let yourself be charmed in the evening by its golden reflections. Enjoy your coffee at the end of the dock and take in the breathtaking view. The gentle lapping of the water and the breeze through the trees create a calming atmosphere, perfect for escaping daily life.

On site, everything is provided to enhance your stay. Swimming, exploring the lake with the provided watercraft, campfires, and relaxing in the covered four-season spa, accessible year-round, will delight everyone. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the variety of fish in Trois Lacs, including walleye, sunfish, perch, and pike.

In winter, the chalet is accessible by ATV or snowmobile, with trails nearby connecting to regional and provincial networks. After a snowfall, explore the area on snowshoes, enjoy cross-country ski trails, or experience ice fishing, a very popular activity on the lake, with the option to rent a fishing cabin.

A wide range of activities is available in the region. For golf lovers, the Royal Estrie Golf Course is just a few minutes’ drive. In winter, the golf course is converted into cross-country ski trails and snowshoe paths. About 20 minutes from the chalet is Mont Gleason, the perfect place to take your family skiing or tubing.

This spacious and bright property can accommodate up to eight people. Its large open areas create a friendly atmosphere designed for relaxation. The modern, fully renovated, and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and provides direct access to the large terrace through a patio door. The dining space with lake views is ideal for enjoying meals prepared on the BBQ. This chalet truly has everything to please!

Upper level: Entrance / 1 Queen bed / 1 Queen bed, 1 double bunk bed over a single bed + 1 single bed under the double bed / Washer and dryer.

Main floor (5 steps up): Living room / Kitchen / Dining room / 1 bedroom with a Queen bed / Full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
