Chalet Lac Vert #048, Waterfront Chalet: Fully equipped on the shores of Lac Vert in St-Jean-de-Matha, just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal.
Accommodating up to 8 people, this chalet has 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and a small reading nook. There is another bedroom with a double bed on the main floor and another large bedroom with a queen bed in the basement.
The chalet boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace in the living room with eco-friendly logs, a wood stove in the basement with natural firewood included, a four-season sunroom, a bar, basic internet, Netflix and cable TV, a garage, and a workshop area for your skis and sports equipment. On your waterfront property, you have an outdoor fire pit with chairs, 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, a BBQ, and a patio set (available during the summer months). In winter, you have access to a skating rink on the lake in front of the chalet, as well as a cross-country ski and snowshoe trail (weather permitting).
**Please note that no motorized boats or other personal watercraft are permitted on the lake at any time. Only the equipment provided at the chalet is allowed on the lake. A $300 fee may be charged for violating this rule.
