Located in Val-des-Sources, directly on the shores of Trois-Lacs, this cottage for rent has everything you need for a nice stay near the lake. With its waterfront location, this cottage invites to nautical activities and fishing. Fishing is quite popular on this lake. You might have the chance to catch walleye, perch and bass.

To make the most of your stay, a 4-season private hot tub is also available. The yard is equipped with a BBQ to prepare your meals while enjoying the outdoors. You can enjoy your meals outside, with a view on the lake.

A municipal beach is also right next to the cottage, perfect for young families. Take note that dogs are not allowed on the beach. You just have to take the steps in the backyard to access directly the beach.

A host of activities are at hand in the region. For golf lovers, you will find a few minutes by car the Royal Estrie Golf course. In winter, the golf course is used as cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails. Just 20 minutes from the cottage, there is also Mont Gleason, the perfect place to bring your family to ski and slide on their tube sliding pists. Ice fishing is very popular at Trois-Lacs, you can also rent a fishing cabin there.

This charming house is perfect for a short stay with your family or for a couple’s get-away. The cottage is fully equipped to offer you a hassle-free stay. On the main floor, you will find the kitchen and dining room with overlooking the lake. The bathroom is also on this floor. Upstairs are the 3 closed bedrooms of the property, as well as a half-bathroom.
