- 3.1 All cancellations must be made in writing to the Landlord. 3.2 100% refund 60 days before the start of the stay. 50% refund 30 days before the start of the stay. No refund less than 30 days before the start of the stay. 3.3 In the event of force majeure where the Landlord is unable to provide the stay or if the Government prohibits gatherings and/or interregional travel, the tenant will receive a credit of the deposit paid for the next 12 months or a full refund.
