This new cottage for rent has everything you need for a stay that is both relaxing and entertaining. You can enjoy a cottage that has been renovated while keeping its charm and it’s ancient cachet.

Located in the municipality of Rivière-à-Pierre, in the Quebec region, you will have direct access to Lake Vert for swimming and water activities at a one-minute walk from the cottage. Cross to the other side of the street and you will find a private lot with a grassy section and a sandy beach. The entrance to the water is shallow, the descent is gradual. Fishing is done directly from the dock or aboard the kayaks that we lend you. Use them as much as you’d like; they are waiting for you! Please note that motorboats are permitted for residents only.

Important: Please note that personal watercraft are not permitted at this chalet. The municipality requires mandatory cleaning and a permit sticker for any watercraft launched on the water. However, the municipal cleaning station is not always open, and its hours may vary without notice.

You will immediately be won over by the splendid view of the mountains and the lake offered from this cottage. It is located on a vast 56,000 square feet lot. You can relax on the terrace or in the summer kitchen where you will find a patio set. A BBQ is also available.

Do you want to visit the region during your stay? Portneuf is full of activities to do, regardless of the season. In summer, for outdoor enthusiasts, you can take the bike path, visit the Municipality of Rivière-à-Pierre, the Marmite falls and the Granite Interpretation Center located in front of the Town Hall. Find out about the possibility of using the train to make your stay unique and add to the originality of this great adventure.

In winter, take time to explore the cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. The cottage is located very close to the snowmobile trails.

Being fully equipped, the kitchen with its refreshing and modern decor will make meal preparation as easy as it is pleasant. After sharing a good feast around the dining table overlooking the vast grounds, you can snuggle up in the cozy lounge area. And in the evening, you will enjoy the spacious rooms with the most comfortable beds.
